Donel J. Richemond, MBA, DBA
Dr. Richemond is a former assistant professor of business administration/marketing in the College of Business and Entrepreneurship at Bethune-Cookman University. He completed his undergraduate studies at Florida A&M University, earned his master’s degree in business administration from Nova Southeastern University, and his doctorate in business administration concentration in marketing from Walden University. Dr. Richemond began his career in 2004 by teaching business education to K-12 students and transitioned to higher education in 2013 as a professor of business administration at Florida Technical College, Columbia College, Seminole State College, and Bethune-Cookman University.
Maxine Simon currently works as a financial advisor with Kaplan University since July 2014. Aside from crunching numbers, her time is spent coordinating events throughout central and southern Florida. Ms. Simon has planned food festivals, evening soirees, private family functions and professional networking mixers for the last 7 years. As a graduate of the University of Central Florida from the school of Nicholson Communication with a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations/Advertising, she has taken her background in public relations to get into the Central Florida community to educate youth on becoming stronger leaders for tomorrow. In an effort to build on her education, she went on to acquire a Master’s in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Finance to increase her expertise on financial wellness; in order to add to the assistance she offers others today.
